Uschi Obermaier was a cool free liberated woman, she empowered sexual revolution and consequently feministic revolution, being part of the first communes in Münich both Berlin (the infamous Kommune 1 where student movement converted into terrorism)-at the time young people were predeterminated to live at their parents place until marriage, and thus communal living out of the nuclear family was illegal,and the german student movement (aka 68er bewegung) gained lots of the liberties we own today in opposition to the authoritarianism of the at the time Western goverments.
Also famous for her various liaisons with renowned musicians (several members of the Rolling Stones in their 1975 tour, Fleetwood mac, Jimi Hendrix etc ...not bad) and her nude poses for magazines being a new model of more small more real woman, but she also toke a small part in 1969 movie "Rote Sonne" and played maracas in the rock band "Amon Düül" from the commune with the same name.
